A big step has been taken!
Sustainable quality management in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 ensures the consistently high quality of products and services. This applies to companies and organisations regardless of size, sector and orientation. With an ISO 9001 certification, a company proves the effectiveness of its processes. After intensive preparation, FARE has successfully completed the first certification audit and has been successfully certified by DQS in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015!
Teamwork is the key to success
This project has truly been a long time in the making at FARE and is therefore not a matter of course:
Initial considerations were probably made in 2018, then came corona and personnel changes. In the meantime, FARE has continued to develop.
We can therefore all be proud of our auditor's assessment - and looking back, this is the reward for all of us for a lot of work, discussions, thoughts and changed working methods and processes. Special thanks go to Meinhard Utecht, who has accompanied us as an internal auditor since the beginning and whose support was valuable for the success of the project.
Above all, however, the entire FARE team did a very good job and helped to drive the project forward. That is why Sebastian Hahn and Tanja Rickert not only presented us with the certificate on 25 July. As a thank you to the entire FARE team, there was a small (and delicious) surprise: the ice cream van was at the door!
